May is an exciting month for me. You’re here on my recently relaunched website with lots of new and interesting features. On May 18th, I’m happy to be performing in Denver at Jazz @ Jacks for a very worthy cause. Elijah’s Rainbow is a non-profit organization, which provides financial medical assistance for children in need of medical coverage. On May 21st, I’m performing at the Hyatt Newporter Jazz Festival in Newport Beach, CA.

I’m excited to be the featured artist for Jazz Lynx, Cafe Jazz Radio’s “Then and Now Spotlight.” Make sure to check out my Artist Link on their web site, as it contains several features and reviews of my present and past recordings. This is Canada’s Smooth Jazz Connection radio, 92.9 CKNS-FM.

I will be musical director for the upcoming “Magic Of Motown” show scheduled for August 19, 2006. This event will be a tribute to the music of Motown and will also honor its founder, Berry Gordy. I’ve had the pleasure of recently meeting with Berry Gordy, Walter Grauman and Ronald Rosen (show producers) and Jeffrey Polk (director) to discuss the show’s concept and direction. The event will take place at the Hillcrest Country Club in Beverly Hills, CA.

Tedtunes recently featured two tracks from 110 Degrees And Rising on the TedScapes Channel on United Airlines’s in-flight music service. The songs are “It’s You And Only You” and “In A State Of Bliss”. Also check out my feature with Korg Musical Instruments.
